Love: The Root of Life

I’ve seen the face of sacrifice in the mirror,

I’ve washed my face then, in fear.

When I see the envy,

the conjured colour of sacrifice,

I just let it be,

within the changing hearts of today’s child.

An eyeful of life I’ve seen,

In prolonged tempests I have been;

Never have I gathered moss,

Time, did pass me off,

as a lover,

as a child,

as a creature of Nature

and its bearer;

Through sweetest of tongues

and a heart full of health,

I have been along,

all over this stifling,

charming,surrounding belt,

of love and of life.

So I am life-lover

and a lover of love,

All of your grounds underneath and above,

shall be shining in gold, with me forever…
